The vibrating cleaning screen primarily consists of a vibrator, screen body, screen mesh, and support frame. During operation, the vibrator generates high-frequency vibrations, causing the screen body and screen mesh to vibrate. Materials enter the screen body through the feed opening and, under the influence of vibrational force, move forward by jumping across the screen surface. Materials smaller than the screen openings are discharged through the discharge opening, while larger impurities are retained on the screen surface, thereby achieving separation of materials and impurities.
