Process
The main process flow for palm kernel oil pressing includes: palm kernel drying -> first pressing -> second pressing -> oil clarification -> oil filtration -> oil drying.
The final products of this production line are crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) and palm kernel meal (PKM). Palm kernel meal is processed through crushing, fermentation, and packaging for use as animal feed ingredients.

After vacuum drying, palm kernel oil has a moisture content as low as 0.2% or below, meeting the requirements for oil storage and subsequent processing.

Blade Filter: The blade filter effectively removes solid particles and gums from palm kernel crude oil, thereby improving the quality of palm kernel oil and protecting the normal operation of subsequent equipment.
Vacuum Dryer: Comprising a vacuum tank, vacuum system, heating system, stirring system, condensation system, and control system, the vacuum dryer effectively removes moisture from oils at lower temperatures, preventing thermal oxidation and nutrient loss, thereby improving oil quality and stability.
