The system operates through a coherent and efficient technical chain, realizing the full conversion of biomass to electricity:

  1. Biomass Pretreatment : Collected palm biomass by- products first enter the pretreatment stage. A biomass crusher breaks the raw materials into particles of appropriate size, and a biomass dryer reduces their moisture content to meet combustion requirements— laying the foundation for efficient energy conversion.


  2. Material Conveying & Steam Generation : The pretreated biomass is stably transported to the steam boiler via a conveyor system. Simultaneously, the water treatment system purifies the water source to ensure the quality of steam. In the steam boiler, biomass undergoes full combustion to generate high-temperature and high- pressure steam.


  3. Power Generation : The generated steam drives the turbine generator to operate, efficiently converting thermal energy from biomass combustion into electrical energy—completing the entire process of biomass-to- electricity conversion.
