Palm Oil Production Line

Our palm oil pressing solution involves the stages of high-temperature sterilization, fruit bunch crushing, and oil pressing by double screw presser. This process achieves a higher oil yield rate (2.5% - 3% higher than traditional method) and reduces oil loss to 0.5% - 0.8%. Finally, the dried kernels are stored, and empty fruit bunches are used as boiler fuel for energy self-sufficiency.

Palm Kernel Oil Extrusion Process

The palm kernel oil pressing project we undertake adopts the secondary pressing technology with high oil yield and stable oil quality. The residual oil is deeply recovered by precipitation and filtration to maximize the utilization of resources. The kernel meal can be made into high value animal feed after fermentation. The whole set of process runs stably, helping the customer to realize cost reduction and efficiency and green cycle in palm kernel oil production.

Key Stages in Palm Oil Processing

Palm oil extraction involves several stages, each requiring specialized machinery:

Sterilization – Steam treatment to deactivate enzymes & soften fruit bunches.

Threshing – Separation of fruit from bunches (using drum strippers or rotary drum threshers).

Digestion & Pressing – Breaking down fruit mesocarp and extracting crude oil (via screw presses or hydraulic systems).

Clarification & Purification – Removing impurities (water, solids) through centrifuges or settling tanks.

Kernel Crushing – Separating palm kernel oil (PKO) from the nut.
